To receive services, schedule an appointment with one of our doctors, who will order specific services based on your needs. Our treatments are personalized to each patient, so we can provide the highest quality of care.
What to Expect
New patients must complete our New Patient Intake Form.
When filling out the form, remember three things:
- Fill in all the required information, which will have a star (*) next to it.
- Including your insurance information is optional.
- Review the form and sign at the end.
On your first visit, please bring:
- photo ID
- insurance cards
- any previous medical records that may assist us with your care
We will evaluate your medical history, perform a brief exam and adjust you in the same visit. A follow-up visit may be encouraged to assess your body’s reaction to the initial adjustment.
Follow Up Visits
On your next visit, we will evaluate your reaction to your initial visit and discuss further treatment.
Schedule an AppointmentWhen scheduling, please use the clinic code PZCJDZ.
Adjustments
At Carollton Chiropractic, we offer three kinds of adjustments.
Manual Adjustment
Your doctor will use their hands to do the adjustment.
Drop Table Adjustment
Your doctor will use their hands, assisted by the table and gravity, for the adjustment.
Instrument-Assisted Adjustment
Your doctor will use instruments to assist with the adjustment. This is often used for our older and younger patients and those wary of getting their necks twisted.
Other Services
Spinal Decompression
Decompression therapy relieves nerve pain in the lower back or neck.
Using a machine in the office, this therapy takes the pressure off nerve roots by slowly and gently stretching the spine. Some of our patients have found it so relaxing, they’ve fallen asleep during the treatment!
Learn MoreTherapeutic Ultrasound
Uses sound waves to help with soft tissue healing by reducing inflammation, muscle tension and spasm.
Unlike an ultrasound for pregnancy or diagnostics, no picture is projected during this treatment.
Learn MoreROCKTAPE
ROCKTAPE is stretchy tape, similar to KT tape, used to help stabilize an area to reduce pain and inflammation. Dr. Angela Imgarten is ROCKTAPE certified and proud to offer this service to our community.
It can be used after an injury and is similar to what you see on Olympians when competing.
